Should you wish to change the size of a garment, exchange an item for a different one, or return any item for a refund then this can be done within 14 days of the delivery date. 

All returned items must not have been worn or used and need to be in pristine condition. 

Postage and packaging costs will be the responsibility of the customer. It is advised to return the parcel using a secure tracking service.

Before returning an item to us please email us at hello@dialectgifts.com, so that we can anticipate your parcel, let you know where to send it to and so we can, if applicable, already get a different size or product ready for you if it's an exchange rather than a refund. This will speed up the process!
