Dialect Gifts was founded by Andrew and Mel Turner and their 9-year old son Jude, who are big fans of local lingos and dialects! 

Every time we visit a different part of the country, one thing that has been guaranteed to make us smile and often even laugh out loud, is a quirky phrase or saying that makes a place unique and we feel it's so important that these colloquialisms are celebrated, embraced and kept alive by future generations. They are looked upon so fondly by locals and people can be fiercely protective and proud of their unique lingo, which is lovely to see.
